why we are different

We provide property management services for residential landlords. Of course, we carry out the typical processes of a residential managing agent, but with a service that is designed for each of its clients needs and to each specific property.

Our mission is to oversee a smooth running tenancy with as few breaks as possible. This can encompass the need to refresh, refurbish or re-furnish properties in a manner that minimises long term costs for our clients.

Our vision is to work for a select number of clients on a trust and relationship basis that maximises their returns and minimises their effort and costs. We understand that any problem large or small requires the same level of attention and we promise you immediate attention by a caring and competent person.

- We have built up a list of contractors over a period of time to allow us to offer our clients quality tradesmen at trade prices. Alternatively we would be happy to use your preferred people who may know your property better.

- We will provide you with accurate and timely financial information so you can be in control of your finances.

- We will manage your property (whether it be let or vacant) on a contractual basis with regular inspections.

- We can organise the provision of safety certificates, inventories, deposits and insurance.

- We can also take charge of any refurbishment works by our own team or by sub-contracting in a cost-efficient way so that problems are fixed in a timely manner.

- We can act as a registered address for you whilst you are abroad or to stop unwanted mail landing on your doorstep. We can scan and email relevant mail to you in a digestible easily filed format.
