RPS was set up by Harry Rouse - a property fanatic - so that he could offer a personalized and hands-on approach to residential property owners who are fed up of poor and impersonal service. Harry has been in the property industry for over a decade so he has the experience to advise you on all aspects of property management and investment.

We also provide full property refurbishments or simple property refreshers between tenancies through our sister company, London Refurbs. Owing to an increase in demand for reliable and competently priced quality refurbishment services, we formed a specialist company that only undertakes residential refurbishments. London Refurbs also specialises in kitchen and bathroom installation and you can always use our initial free consultancy services for installations and refurbishments.

We aim to provide excellent client service and consequently we have grown and continue to grow due to personal recommendations.
